The 'Eye Care in Aotearoa New Zealand 2022: Eye Care Situation Analysis Tool (ECSAT)' report is based on a tool recently revised by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Eye Care Situation Analysis Tool (ECSAT). This work was undertaken for Eye Health Aotearoa with funding from Blind Low Vision New Zealand.
