This World Sight Day, let’s think about how we can incorporate the 6 simple things to Love Your Eyes year-round:

1. Wear sunglasses
2. Less screen time – take a break
3. Wear your prescription glasses
4. Spend time outside every day
5. Exercise and eat a healthy diet
6. Book an eye test

It’s so important to keep kids’ eyes healthy so they can do their best in school and have healthier eyesight into their adulthood.

Remember to Love Your Eyes!
